Women's Therapeutic Process Group

Women’s Therapeutic Group Intention:

To fire up our collective creative exploration of this beauti-FULL and complex LIFE we all share. This is a gently facilitated group offered to support your therapeutic process.  Together we will create a mindful compassionate therapeutic container for those who identify as women. This will be a place to connect, share, listen and make space for integration of self and other (and for self with other.) This group serves as a wonderful addition to individual therapy and can also offer an excellent introduction to the therapeutic process.

In this supportive space we will be encouraged to share from the heart; topics including the energies of anxiety, depression, self esteem, or self confidence (to name just a few) are all welcome.

This is a group for folks who are seeking connection and support in the community. The therapeutic group process not only facilitates connection to self and other, it can also expedite healing in a distinctly powerful way. This will be a closed group meaning there is a commitment required for the 6 week process. As we all know life happens, however, the intention to attend all 6 groups is strongly recommended for the best possible experience.

Cost per session is $52

Paid in Full discount $244

Journey Dance (no dance moves required)

Yes! A dance journey!  Created by creative force of nature Toni Bergins, this facilitated flow encourages organicity and co-creation. We follow the Journey Dance hypnotic arc from embodiment to funky town, through transmutation, into the heartland. There is space to play in the music of the heart, shine presence and connection into the light of our prayers, and use moving mindfulness to guide our landing into stillness and rest!

CreatEx (Creative Expressive) Process Group:  ~ All welcome to this integrative offering.  These classes will combine somatic processing (movement and dance) with an opportunity to verbally ventilate, listen, and share with what is happening in our experience - real time. Other modalities (creative writing, musical exploration, visual arts, poetry and divination) may all jump into the container.  The intention is to create a sacred space where together we can move towards the heart and soul's truest expression, while compassionately clearing away all that is ready for release.

Embodied Creative Expressive Process Group

Facilitated by Elizabeth Robinson & Lydia Silva

Lydia Silva and I are joining forces to launch this "Short and Sweet Summer Series" to get things cookin!

The group will interweave mindfulness, embodiment, expressive arts, kundalini breathwork, and therapeutic talk processing.

Lydia brings her passion and skill for sharing Kundalini Shakti practice that ecstatically re-patterns the energetic chakra system and the body. This practice supports the movement of energy in the body and embodies Shakti and divine feminine wisdom.

Often old patterns and "shadow stuff" arise and this practice allows for release and movement through the body to rewire the physical and etheric systems.

I will be holding space for movement, expressive musical/silence play, as well as sacred space to speak and share from the authenticity of your heart.

* Please reach out for a brief consult call if you are interested in the process group. We currently have 6-8 more openings, and I would be happy to discuss details with you!

Have a question? Drop me a line!
